Tattooing since the early 2000’s, with experience working in various studios across the UK and time spent working in the USA and Cyprus. Si established Portside Tattoo & Piercing Co. in 2011. With a focus on black & grey and realism, he particularly enjoys animals, flowers, mythology and film inspired pieces but he is happy to work in most styles. Friendly and relaxed he’s happy to work with your ideas.
Catherine. @CatherineCaveman
Catherine began her tattoo journey as an apprentice at Portside in 2021 and started tattooing in 2022. She has since developed her own distinctive style, specialising in botanical fineline and delicate dotwork shading. She particularly enjoys tattooing flowers, animals and pop culture pieces, creating delicate designs. Friendly, open and reassuring, Catherine loves getting to know her clients and making the tattoo experience as relaxed as possible. When she’s not tattooing, you’ll find her at the cinema or reading a book.
Niki. @The_Ink_Maid
Niki joined Portside in 2025 after two years of tattooing. She particularly enjoys fine-line gothic illustration, fantasy and magical designs, but loves the versatility of working across different styles. Friendly, chatty and patient, she brings a relaxed creative approach, with an interest and background in Photography and Art History.
Paco. @PacosTattoos
Paco has been tattooing since the mid 2000’s and at Portside since 2017. He enjoys tattooing colourful cartoon characters and flowers, birds and animals in colour realism. Laid back and informal, he’s happiest with clear ideas from his clients. Away from the studio, he enjoys time with his grand children, astrophotography and tropical fish.
Owen. @LuxioTattoo
Owen joined Portside as a tattoo apprentice in early 2025 and is developing his own style with a particular love for traditional tattooing. He’s especially drawn to fantasy inspired designs, with influence from Warhammer and the darker side of fantasy and pop culture. He enjoys creating bold, striking pieces and is continuing to build his skill and style as he progresses through his apprenticeship. Outside of the studio, Owen is a big fan of video games and films, which naturally find their way into his artworks.
